Outlaws Parent Code of Conduct

The Outlaws AAA Hockey program values the support of family and friends. As role models, parents play a vital role in fostering a culture of sportsmanship, respect, and positivity. Your actions set the standard for our athletes—both on and off the ice.

As an Outlaws Parent, I will:

1. Encourage and support all players—both Outlaws and opponents.
2. Respect game officials—they may not be perfect, but their decisions are final.
3. Support and trust the coaching staff.
4. Use respectful language—no profanity or inappropriate remarks.
5. Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude at all times.

Handling Concerns:

There is a proper time and place to address grievances. Parents should not approach coaches or officials during a game or intermission. Concerns should be discussed appropriately with the Team Manager, Coach, or a member of the Outlaws Board.

Accountability:

Failure to uphold this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension from future games or practices, as determined by the appropriate governing bodies.
